About this website

This notice covers the FrontSignal marketing website and demo enquiries. It does not describe the data handling of a deployed clinic assistant or client dashboard; those require separate arrangements before a pilot starts.

Demo enquiries

The demo form prepares a draft email on your device. Form entries are not submitted to a database by this website. If you choose to send the email, we receive the name, email address, clinic, city and enquiry you include, through our email provider. We use these details to respond and discuss a demo or pilot.

Keep patient details out of enquiries

Please do not include patient names, symptoms, appointment records or other medical information in website enquiries.

Hosting and tracking

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process request and security logs to deliver and protect the website. This release does not include advertising trackers, marketing analytics or a non-essential cookie banner. Fonts and brand images are served with the site.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete demo enquiry information, or stop follow-up contact, by emailing buglol161@gmail.com. We retain enquiries only as needed to handle the conversation and any resulting business relationship.
